Baked vegetables with goat cheese
The French aren't the only ones who love goat cheese. And when this goes well with broccoli, radishes and baked potatoes, the dish is even tastier.
Ingredients

1 kg of potatoes
800 g of broccoli
2 bunches of radishes
½ bunch of thyme
1 l of olive oil
salt
pepper
180 g of fresh goat cheese

Peel the potatoes and cut them into very thin slices (approx. 3 mm) with a mandolin. Divide the broccoli into small rosettes. Depending on the size, cut the radishes in half or leave them whole. Remove the thyme leaves from the twigs. Mix everything with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat the convection oven to 200 ° C. Spread the vegetables and potatoes on two baking sheets lined with baking paper. Bake in the oven for approx. 25 minutes. Crumble the goat cheese over the vegetables and potatoes and serve.
Useful tips
